I had a great experience getting my daughter's college diploma notarised. Andrew Caplen was very responsive, helpful, attentive to our needs and situation, and did the job at a very good cost. The process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. We were explained everything clearly, and all documents were handled right first time. What an absolute joke!! Having bought and sold many properties my experience with Haashim Poswall at Abels Solicitors has been the worst by a country mile. A straightforward uncomplicated purchase of a vacant property took easily twice as long as it should due to atrocious communication on his part. For example 3 weeks to respond to one simple email! No excuse in this day and age for poor tardy communication which in turn affects all parties involved. Shame on you. I urge any folk reading this to save yourselves the time and stress caused from this cowboy outfit and instead use a professional that will meet your requirements.

I decided to use Ables when purchasing my property and couldn’t have been more than happy with the service they provided. Upon selling my property I decided to use them again. I could not have been more that impressed with the service Mr H Poswall provided, in what turned out to be a very challenging sale. The professionalism I experienced was second to none, and the communication and advice I was given was excellent. I would not hesitate to use Ables again in the future.

I did eventually get a call back, 24 hours dater my previous post. Managed to get seen too and got what I needed signed.

The dacor is rather dated and seems to be a bit messy, including the main office area. The welcome area is coded so you have to wait outside until someone comes and gets you, but only by an appointment.

The staff were friendly and approachable. If you're looking for a declaration to be signed then it's easier enough to get one here.

Will use over and over again for buying/selling a house. Abel's work across the board to really help and pass through a sell as quick as possible. During our first purchase, Sheila kept us up to date regularly regarding the purchase of our first house, ensuring paperwork was passed considerably quickly, keeping us up-to-date throughout. Due to unforeseen circumstances, when this property fell through, Julian supported us in great depth with the purchase of our second property. Julian is always on hand to answer questions, is incredibly professional, and will go above and beyond to support his clients. During what is undoubtedly a stressful situation in life, it is so relieving to deal with a firm who are so friendly, prompt, commutative, and meticulous. Julian went through all relevant details with such a fine-tooth-comb, leaving us with no concerns or worries with the property, he was very thorough. Having chosen Abel's due to their highly held reputation within my road, I will be sure to use Abel's again and again and encourage others to do so also!

My experience with Abels Solicitors and Haashim Poswall has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received little to no communication regarding the progress of my case.

On February 29th, I was assured by Haashim Poswall that matters regarding the lease were in their final stages and would be completed early the following week. However, as the weeks passed, I found myself continually chasing for updates with little response.

After persistent emails and inquiries, I was finally informed on March 26th that documents were being arranged for signing electronically, with the promise of imminent completion. Yet, two days later, I find myself still in the dark, with no resolution in sight.

The lack of communication and failure to fulfill promises reflect poorly on the professionalism and reliability of Abels Solicitors and Haashim Poswall. If you're looking for a company that values transparency and efficiency, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Dealing with Abels Solicitors has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal, and I urge others to steer clear unless they enjoy endless frustration and unfulfilled commitments.
