We rang them regarding one of our relatives. Her case was like domestic violence. And she wanted divorce. we ask them if they do legal aid. They said yes. They gave her appointment. And when she’s been there . They kept her waiting longer and then finally demanded £1400 . Wasted her time and changed the statement. Ridiculous
