I contacted Abbott & Harris Solicitors Ltd on the recommendation from one of their previous clients. I had struggled a lot to regularise my immigration status in the UK. When I contacted them, I only had completed around 18 years in the UK. Mr Bashir, having gone through my complete file of papers advised me that despite not completing 20 years, I had a chance of obtaining leave to remain in the UK. I had no funds to pay home office fees so initially they applied for a fee waiver, which was successful. They then applied for leave to remain. Today, I received my leave to remain decision. I find it so hard to believe that I now have valid leave to remain prior to completion of 20 years in the UK. I have no words to thank the entire immigration team who dealt with my case in a friendly and professional way.

My mother visa was refused last year which was applied by someone else. Than I been referred by my friend to get in touch with Mr Khalid regarding the same. She never travel out of country finally she got an updated after literally in 3 weeks and its big fat yes for her and she will be travelling to uk for the first time. He is really humble and helpful. I was stuck in India. My partner and children were in the UK. My partner has no settled status in the UK so previously we applied for several applications under different categories but unfortunately they were all refused.
