Please do not use this company. Google their name and The Daily Mail. They are not regulated. They take advantage of vulnerable elderly Muslims. They take your money, in our case 000s, and then stop contact. I cannot press this point enough: they should not be allowed to be in business and do not use them.

I'd give a zero if I could but as a minimum must give 1. Please avoid this firm. I had one of the documents they produced, examined by an independent Solicitor. The document had fundamental errors which I pointed out to Sohail Mohamed, one of the company's Senior Legal Consultants. He accepted the errors were the company's fault and agreed to amend the document. This was the second time the document was amended. Originally it had the wrong date on it! 5 weeks later, I was still waiting for the amended document. Sohail blamed the office and the office blamed Sohail. Very professional!
They are not regulated by any professional body. The lack of regulation means you have no way of knowing whether the person writing your will is a reputable solicitor or someone just using a fancy title.
During my dealings with this company, I struggled to speak to anyone with "real" knowledge of my parents case. I was constantly told emails would be forwarded to the relevant person but I failed to receive a reply. I repeatedly asked to "speak" to the MD Tehsin or her co director (her son) Saad. I was also unable to speak to a single solicitor or ascertain the name of the "Appointed solicitor," mentioned in the website. Apparently, Mariam, the office manager, is the only person who has this information!? Really Why? Their website is equally vague on this detail, as it is on their complaints procedure. A website, by the way which has numerous grammatical errors and is a far cry from the polished look they advertise on the Asian Network Channels.
A question to ask yourself: How comfortable would you feel letting a company draft your legal documents, when their own website contains typographical errors?
I wish I'd managed to stop my parents handing over thousands to this company, but if I can make you think twice about handing over your money, then something good has come out of this experience.
* just thought I’d update this. My dad has late stage dementia and no capacity. Just found out they made a will for him on my mums instruction and without making any checks re capacity. GP AND HOSPITAL confirmed he does not have capacity. Shocking how this company continues to take money from vulnerable people.
