I loved the IT services I received because there was effective communication and the help I received was quick. I needed my computer to be connected to a printer and I sent them an email which was the replied to immediately. They also asked before controlling my computer remotely and did not remote control until I gave them the permission which I greatly appreciated. the issue was then fixed within a matter of minutes and they notified me once they were done.
