The service provided by Chris and the back office team at ACM is first class. Having used Chris and the team for my initial mortgage and then remortgage process two years later I would say Chris takes a real care and understanding in his clients financial situations and through this personal understanding recommends the products appropriately for their needs.
I had an issue with the remortgage process whereby the legal team doing checks on behalf of the mortgage provider were non-responsive. Chris and his team went out of the way to consistently ask for updates, stressing the impact of the situation if the offer elapsed, and I believe this was the only reason the remortgage offer and conditions were met before the time period elapsed.
The impact of this is Chris and his team saved me hundreds of pounds each monthly on my monthly repayments.
