Lucy and Helen at Rothera Bray were absolutely fantastic with dealing with out sale and purchase of properties. It was a very difficult chain and a long process but Lucy was there throughout and was always on hand to help answer my questions and put my mind at ease, she was always patient and kind and got to me quickly every time. Kerry and Carolyn were absolutely professional, co-ordinated and efficient with all the necessary work for our house sale. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to email and speak directly to them both and all my queries were answered quickly and fully.
