I engaged Jodie through my business to deliver a session on “Embracing Neurodivergence” to a large corporate customer of mine, and it is no exaggeration to say that it could not have gone any better. The talk was fantastic; the audience were highly engaged throughout and feedback has been excellent. Aside from the talk, dealing with Jodie and her team at Thrive Law has been a pleasure from the initial engagement onwards and I look forward to working with Jodie more in future. Thank you! ⭐️

I approached Jodie to ask for some advice surrounding a dispute with my
previous employer surrounding neurodiversity and discrimination in the workplace.
She was very knowledgeable and extremely empathetic to my situation especially being a fellow neurodivergent herself. After an initial free consultation she left me in the hands of her exceptionally talented team who were fabulous.
My experience of both Jodie, Annabelle and the team has been fantastic. Dealing with employment matters can be delicate and my circumstances were such that I was incredibly hurt by my situation.  I was left to question my own professional capabilities and my credibility as a person. Annabelle and Alicia managed my employment issues for me and also provided me with reassurance and encouragement that I was capable of achieving anything I put my mind too despite my AdHD. In doing so they helped me tremendously. I couldn't recommend Jodie and her team highly enough they have been fantastic and thanks to them I can now move forward with confidence in my new role.

We recently had Jodie on a panel at a LegalTech in Leeds event focused on breaking barriers around disability and neurodivergence in the workplace - she is a fantastic and truly inspirational speaker.

Jodie spoke openly about her experience as well as how at Thrive Law, she is committed to creating an environment that truly values and supports neurodivergent professionals, fostering a neuroinclusive culture. I look forward to working with Jodie more in the future! 🙂

Jodie came and delivered a talk on Neurodiversity and Mental Health in the workplace where she spoke openly and honestly about her own life experiences as well as providing insight into the support that us ND folk can seek and facilitating great discussion.
I would whole heartedly recommend Jodie for being able to bring the subject to life and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I approached Thrive Law for some initial advice on a dispute with my employer. I cannot speak highly enough of the way Crystal and Katie handled my enquiry as I was quite distressed and worried. They are so helpful and easy to talk to - and gave me a clear understanding of how the law would apply to my case and the various options to consider. This is helping me immensely with my present negotiations with my employer. If the situation isn't resolved, and I
instruct Thrive Law to act for me, I am confident that they can achieve the best possible outcome for me.
