Don’t waste your time with these solicitors. If you are recommended them by estate agents steer clear, Nicky Cummings works solely for prospect estate agents, she will withhold information from you and will back up prospects lies just to make a little bit of money. Her email manner is also useless. Avoid or read this review and wish you had avoided.

There were issues in the chain but Nicky was calm and efficient throughout, always responding to my emails swiftly and reassuring me she had everything in hand. The worst experience ever.

Communication was awful throughout the process and now after completing we have found out that the Claire and Joanne have missed an outstanding payment to our management company from the previous owner which we are now liable for!!
