Absolute shambles.

Had a call on Friday regarding my court on Monday was told to be there at 1o clock call up at 1.30 on Monday while waiting in court to be told they are representing me as my legal aid got declined and they didn't bother to contact me to let me know.

Reeves and Co are amazing solicitors and have helped me very thoroughly with my situation and provided support every step of the way. Paralegals Mae,George and honey are people who have worked non stop in order to help me with my desired outcome who are all really hard working individuals. I appreciate that they did a good job with my case but seem to be rather ignorant when it comes to repaying my defence costs. Receptionists do the bare minimum to help. The managing directors don’t even reply to a years worth of emails and enquiries into my repayments. Seems like they trying to scam me out of my defence repayments.

If I could put 0 or even negative stars I would as 1 star seems too generous. Were completely negligent and useless during a family members case. Could not care less for you or your rights to legal representation. They mess you around lie and drag their feet as much as possible until they have to do a tiny bit of work just to say they’ve done it. Can’t even get information prepared for court dates in time or contact the barristers. If you have a choice don’t go anywhere near these scammers.
