Called them over a week ago asking what to do and maybe help with a food bank but no response! I obviously don’t need to eat! Thanks for the help!

A truly wonderful place to visit if you enjoy listening to pre-recorded voice messages. I have done so six times. Request for a return call went unanswered. Perhaps I'm being cynical but I sometimes wonder if there are any human-beings present at all. Maybe they're all down the beach, down the pub or "working from home"?

Both a kinetic and often frantic office catering to all and sundry needs of the community. Often you will find a number of the visitors in a state of distress due to the circumstances they're facing.

However, I'm impressed how the staff remain professional and on point, trying to attend to the needs of their clients.

Due to their workloads please do not be late as you may very well find your appointment has been surrendered to someone else. Remember, they're under a great deal of pressure to assist all they can during their working hours. And also remember that the bulk of the people there are not salaried personnel, but volunteers who are doing all they can to assist.

They deserve the highest respect and politeness for all they do for the community!

Very helpful. If you have a problem. Will help out with everything from form filling to budgeting to more serious affairs. Sometimes a bit of time before you get appointment, although i have found them ok. But they do run with volunteers so it depends on how many they can get to volenteer from day to day.

Well. I was really at the end of my tether. My young son has had mental health issues , due to drug abuse for 11 years. Things got bad financially. I eventually had to sell my home due to my sons constant biliting in hotels , he had been made homeless and it proved impossible to get landlord accommodation for him. He did not fit the criteria.This organisation are helping with their advice to fight injustices with the various agency's, the Council, Mental health Teams and the Police.
