Not the people they portray themselves as. Contacted them on a legal matter relating to a vulnerable relative, something within their advertised remit. Received a curt three paragraph email saying the issue "doesn't appear" serious enough. No guidance about alternative services, no anything. Just another uncaring bureaucracy.

Been left on the streets for over a week 9days with severe mental health all due respect my solicitor seems nice and on point but the lack of communication and me being left vulnerable on the streets is just unacceptable how do people sleep at night knowing they have people relying on them to have a safe place to sleep ive spent 4 nights/days in the rain im now poorly with a cold and only getting worse ive gone past the suicidal point and loosing all faith in all support services around nottingham and very close to taking matters into my own hands wich the result aint going to be positive but what else do you do!!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better two people to deal with my benefits forms. Bridget was very welcoming and so was Mahbooba. Very professional indeed - and very calm and business like.... Put my mind at ease..... Very lovely people there, it was well worth making the appointment and effort needed to see them both. Top marks...?
