It has been a long, seemingly slow process (normal, it seems) but got there eventually. A very good and helpful start from a representative that came to visit several times. Unfortunately, after awhile the allocated person left the company and there was no-one within reasonable travelling distance that could visit and help us with many queries. We found dealing with the office by phone quite difficult. We now have a large number documents to sift through and fill out many personal and financial details. Hopefully, this expense and effort will be worthwhile in the future.
