I have worked with Legal Brokers for over 2 years now. They are always on hand when you need them and the system support is fantastic, you can log on at anytime of the day and obtain an update or send a message request or obtain a quotation. Nothing is ever to much trouble for Katie she is always at the other end of the phone and will action any requests immediately.
Its great that I have access to such a great company in my local area as it is important to keep services local where possible.

After going through Legal Brokers for a solicitor for a house purchase we were advised to use Whitestone Solicitors. They took £150 referral fee from me straight away in June 2021. A few days later I was told that they could not act for us because they were not on the mortgage lender panel so we were advised to use another solicitor PM Law. We instructed and paid an additional £50 on account to PM Law. 4 weeks went by with no response from PM Law. Legal Brokers were also promising to chase them to progress the sale to no avail. Following pressure from the seller for confirmation of the instructions and searches being ordered we looked elsewhere for a solicitor and instructed someone that we found ourselves. 2 weeks later we received a refund of £50 from PM Law and following numerous attempts to obtain a refund from Legal Brokers for the £150 referral fee this has still not been returned. Would not recommend using this company at all. Extremely bad customer service, no response to calls and emails they only care about getting their fee and then they don't want to know.

Quite possibly the most frustrating company I've dealt with. Its a total con. I got 5 quotations for a property that I wanted conveyancing work done. They took my money as a deposit, and never did any work. Do not use them - to me its a total scam or at best completely inefficient and misleading. At one point I had 5 solicitors all emailing me saying they had been appointed. At no point did this company explain any processed. Pathetic and incompetent.
