We used Rothera Bray to sell our property & purchase the new property, including the freehold. Due to the freehold and the house we were purchasing being in probate things weren't so straightforward & easy sailing. However Ellie Robinson was fantastic all the way through. She kept us at ease by dealing with the issues immediately & kept us well informed. The advice she gave us when it came to making our decisions was 10/10. Kept waiting in a less than warming reception area for almost an hour to collect a copy of a Will. Even called their telephone number whilst waiting downstairs to see what the problem was. Jumped up trainee solicitor was curt, short tempered and standoffish. I pointed out her flaws in her attitude and behaviour whereby she looked completely shocked …. Really she didn’t know how rude she was?!! Would never use this firm if this is the treatment received especially when dealing with a loss of a friend. Compassion, helpfulness, zero!!
