I had a terrible experience with them right from the beginning. They were constantly making false promises, saying everything would be fine and that I had nothing to worry about. But when things got serious, they didn't answer my calls or take any action. I was told they would do thorough research, but it turns out they didn't do anything and just hired a random lawyer to represent me in court. This lawyer didn't have any relevant information and only spoke about a small topic, resulting in me losing my case. If you value your life, please hire a professional attorney, even if it means paying a little more.

And I can definitely prove they represented me, despite any denials they may make.
