I've been a first-time buyer during the stamp duty rush of covid - most Conveyancers turned me away or gave me a quote but told me It would take 4 weeks before my file was even opened. Peter Peter and Wright took me on and started proceedings straight away. I never felt like I had to chase anything, Connie and Chris helped me through every stage and I moved in without a single problem this week!

I hugely underestimated how stressful moving house can be, and I am so so glad that I went with a solicitor that deals with fewer files as I'm sure I would not have received the same service elsewhere.

Very poor service. Disappointing esp when dealing with a probate and losing someone is bad enough without having to deal with this kind of service and attitude from a partner in this firm. Customer services 0/10. Update: again even for the complaints procedure, no reply made from emails to general office.
Sadly this man Mr Smale needs some lessons in customer service. Please take your custom else where if you have any sense. Even if I am not your client, I am not sure what difference it makes, surely its a way of life to be kind to people. Well I thought it was.

Absolutely awful, over charge, slow to respond to emails, and only interested in dragging your case on further to line their pockets.

Shocking communication (or lack of). Wasted time with emails and calls. Unprofessional. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
