Terribly slow and disappointing service from Tubbs and Co. I almost lost the sale of my property due to missing paperwork after countless e mails asking if there was anything I needed to do on my behalf. Upon completion the previous owner left several skips worth of junk and upon contacting my solicitor (tubbs). I was then advised not to ask her for compensation and to also not get rid of her junk which was left in my property. After numerous phone calls and e mails trying to contact them I have now given up and seeking further legal advice. I’m happy to say I’m a first time buyer and I have learnt my lesson the first time round, I won’t be supporting any local solicitors as I’m not confident they are capable or competent, from now on I will be using none patronising, polite and profession conveyancing solicitors only, who are firm with the law and are willing to put it into practice.

Nick was my custody solicitor - unfortunately. Shouted at me down the phone and said I'd have no chance for legal aid with the particular charge. Would just get ripped off and pointless. Plus a definite 18 month driving ban. All turned out to be utter rubbish, thank God I didn't listen to him! Very poor disservice to people in dire straits. And very unprofessional.

Notary service. VERY helpful, professional and informative, would recommend to anyone looking for a notary service. We had a query in relation to a DBS certificate and Fiona was patient with us and helped us ask the embassy the right questions so we were able to resolve in one visit. Highly recommended

I have used Tubbs & Co for conveyancing and probate, and on both occasions the service was excellent! I would highly recommend them as they ALWAYS kept me informed, provided detailed responses and were very good value for money. I felt the care and sensitivity shown during the probate procedures was particularly helpful. All in all - a professional company with professional standards with a caring approach - 10/10!
