I used ASR Advantage Solicitors based in Catherine house, Coventry road at the beginning of the year for my first move (second time buying) and I can honestly say they were amazing! It was incredibly stressful for me but they were always there at the end of the phone. They called me when they said they would and explained everything to me. Claire was my guardian angel throughout! I honestly can not recommend them enough!

Have used Pauline Bendell on 3 occasions and each time she has been super efficient. On our house purchase we were first ready with regards to exchanging and weeks ahead of the other solicitors in the chain. Today I have just completed on the sale of my house. Granted it was a small chain but we had exchanged in under 3 weeks and completed on the 4th week to the day. Very efficient solicitor who is a pleasure to deal with.

For my first house move I was unsure of what to do, David Bendell got recommended to me. they were super, they helped me throughout with papers etc and i was nice to talk to a person not an email. In within 6-7 weeks i was in my house and that was because of the other parties solicitors holding up. Brilliant caring people, I cannot understand the other review here ?

We went due to a very upsetting business and needed help and support. We were met with a very uncompassionate and unsupportive attitude and then they decided later they didn't want to help in future because I used some profanity in front of them while describing the situation. I appreciate that they are elderly, but they never said anything about being delicate when it comes to language and in all honesty, a solicitor should be able to handle upset clients. I would not recommend going to them.

Had a unexpected last minute conveyancing issue pop up which I needed sorting ASAP, have to say that out of all the solicitors in Hinckley ASR were the only one's who offered to assist me and at very short notice.

Obnoxious and falsely applied for a restriction on my property. Even though there was a consent order in place. When my objection was excepted and they realised they had no grounds I was presented by a email from One of the solicitors basically telling me I was fraudulent and had acted untoward . Being as my ex his client was an abuser and has been stopped from contacting me by the police and social service I found this firms remarks very upsetting very unprofessional and I hope I never have to deal with them again .
