Amazing selection of cakes which are all made in house. My daughter's eyes nearly fell out and I developed a diabetic twitch! Lovely coffee and a nice little outdoor seating area. Whilst there I saw some other customers collecting some stunning looking custom made celebration cakes. Definitely will be returning to test my temptation!

Visited today with my Son as a birthday treat. Huge range and as always we both struggled to choose. In the end we came away with 2 biscoffi milkshakes, a cookie dough pot and a Vienesse whirl. Everything was absolutely stunning and a very reasonable price. Young lady that served us was very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again. Many thanks.

Love love LOVE Crystals Cupcakes. Have been buying these cakes for years and they just get better and better! So tasty and moist! I’ve bought cupcakes for parties, travel to Shrewsbury to visit the bakery as a treat or pop into my local farm shop which crystals supplies to get my fix. If I want a cupcake I’m getting it from crystals! 🙂

Called in by chance late on a Sunday afternoon as we all fancied a sweet pick up after a nice morning at the car boot. Took advantage of a great offer, 6 cupcakes for £13.50. even though it was late in the day they were still fresh and super tasty. Also sampled the milkshakes, the salted caramel pretzel shake blew my mind. Absolute delight! Some might reckon pricey at £4.50 but a good size shake in my opinion with taste to boot. Definitely will return and have advised anyone I've spoken too. Go enjoy!

Crystals cannot be beaten. Fresh baked by hand and utterly delicious. The brownies are deliciously gooey and the cupcakes are amazingly moist. I have been buying cakes, sandwiches, scones and tray bakes from this business for years - including large birthday cakes and have never had one complaint. Always fresh cakes and spotlessly clean premises. The staff are always helpful and lovely too.

I’ve tried tons of cupcakes in the UK and abroad, but no one comes close to Crystal’s, they are are simply the best - hands down! I have a major sweet tooth and coming into this store is HEAVEN. But also extremely difficult as there is so much delicious treats to choose from!! If you’ve not been here and you love any sort of sweets (brownies, cupcake, cookies, blondies) then you have to visit! You will not be disappointed - I’ve been coming since Crystal was based in Telford, then in Shrewsbury town centre and now at Sweetlake. It’s been amazing to see her grow and succeed. All the team are so lovely and we are very lucky to have such a tasty place that makes everything to such a high quality so close by. Can we get Crystal’s merch? Fans need some cute sweet apparel to represent!
