My son and daughter in law have just completed on their sale and purchase and instructed Petra and Deepak on both. They were kept informed throughout and everything went very smoothly on what could have been a difficult leasehold purchase. Amanda covered when Deepak was on leave and again, kept everyone updated.

Terrible service from a company that you want to be confident are on your side. I instructed Alsters Kelley to create a clean break order, several delays and the lack of transparency resulted in my ex wife reconsidering her position due to delays. I had asked for copies of current spend to date which took them over 2 months to receive. I had to log a complaint with the ombudsman to get my full money back which i normally wouldn't do but the fact they charged me for below sub standard service is not acceptable from a so called reputable solicitor - lack of transparency and lack confidence are two things that i will take away from this dreadful experience. Please do your research before using this company as i went to another solicitor and i didn't suffer from any of these issues!
