Super helpful!! Will always go there first, saves time and money.

Great for sourcing those hard-to-get parts that other plumbers merchants don't stock. Customer service is excellent. The guy at the counter helped me to find a replacement for an obscure ceramic bath tap valve. Saved me a huge job in having to remove the entire bath to be able to replace the tap.

I want to say what a pleasure it was to come across a company that goes out of its way to help a customer in need. I require a replacement part for a rather ancient shower and Ian in reception and subsequently Simon (the MD) could not have been more sympathetic to my dilemma and Simon in particular is doing his best to source the necessary replacement, this in marked contrast to other companies contacted. I cannot recommend C&B too highly!

An excellent all round service experience. I was assisted by a gentleman called Simon who went above and beyond the call of duty where several others just couldn't be bothered! I was after an unusual size kitchen tap valve (not standard size apparently) and Cooper & Berry found me the very replacement! Delivered in 2 days and fits like a glove! Highly impressed with service provided and all the other staff members. Can't recommend enough... Thank you Cooper & Berry.
