Absolutely awful service. Being a first time buyer (it is stressful as it is), I would have liked them to explain me things instead of just sending me paperwork without even explaining what is… And using technical words that Im not familiar with. Horrible communication, they never kept me informed of anything and took such a long time to respond back with any query- I was being evicted from another property and I had to end up booking and air bnb (they wouldn't give me any time frames, I didn’t even know how long to book the airbnb for). I ended up booking it for two months (just in case). After having explained all this to them in several occasions, they still failed to be clear with me. I kept asking them to give me some sort of time frame and they only notified me about the moving in date with 2 weeks in advance. I had to pay the Airbnb and the house for a whole month because of them not being able to give me a completion date before. Vanessa was supposed to be dealing with my property and when the time of closing the deal came (the last month of the process) she was out of the office for a couple of weeks without even letting me know. They sent me invoices with the wrong amount on it - good that I checked, there was a HUGE difference… I had to call them as I almost had a heart attack thinking how I was going to pay for that… I have never had such a bad experience. Would NOT recommend EVER
