Prices continue to increase in small amounts but frequently.
If prices in other areas of life went up at the same pace such as petrol, food and utilities there would be uproar.
In the last 10 months I experienced a percentage increase per cut of 37%.

This informs me the owners are greedy and in turn has me seeking an alternative salon chain.

Took my daughter (age 9) in for a Taylor swift look alike fringe…. She was treated like an adult with a full hair wash and head massage, cut and blow dry with products too. My daughter felt super special and a real treat. Emily did an amazing job, the cut is spot. Looks fantastic. Emily did a really good cut. I highly recommend her and my daughter is over the moon. Thank you 🙏

Amazing customer service. They make me feel very welcomed and valued from the get-go.
I had a very detailed chat about what I am looking for and what’s good for my hair with the hairdresser. She covered all biases. There was so much care and consideration whilst cutting and styling my hair.
Very professional and very friendly.
My hairdresser was Sophie and she’s absolutely amazing at her job. She’s also a wonderful human being.
I would 100% recommend going here. I know I’m going back for sure.

My oldest daughter specifically asked for her hair to be resting on her shoulders. She then stopped the hairdresser when she was concerned she was taking too much off the back. The hairdresser reassured her it wasn’t very short. She ended up with her hair at chin length. She was extremely upset! Overall, we’re not impressed at all. When I then politely called to give feedback, I was told she could come back in to try and improve on the cut. Her hair is too short! I felt a heartfelt apology and a discount on a future cut would have been appropriate - we were offered neither.
