A recent change to the kitchen staff has transformed the food from bog standard to really good. This means that spoons food can be rated of a high standard. The spoons is heavily used and does show the signs. The facilities is always clean. The staff can be hit and miss but lately the team has surprisingly been on top for. I recommend the spoons for amazing beer and wine at an awesome price 😉

Great place to meet up with friends for a quick, cheap lunch with drinks mostly included. Good range of freshly cooked food, fast, polite and friendly service. Plenty of high street paid parking nearby. Smoking area at rear. Main lounge wheel chair accessible. Recommended for well priced fresh food and drinks.

I scored this place badly because when I visited it was busy, the food took ages to arrive, and it was lukewarm when it did. The lady serving the tables didn't have a clue what table number was where. I watched as our meal was offered to two other tables before I got it. This was after being offered three other table's meals first. I stated to my accompanying diner that 'she must be new, so it's understandable'. I was both surprised and amused to be told that 'I just heard her telling the people on the table behind us that she's worked here for 15 years!'. That is pure jokes, as she was totally lost and seemed clueless (sorry but it's fact). The food was lukewarmb when it arrived, but I didn't want to wait another 45 mins for it to be reheated and given to someone who ordered a different dish , on the wrong table. I have to say, in the pub's defence, that I've had the same meal here numerous times before and it's always been great. (Top tip; the pizza is about the only dish that isn't pre-prepared and is actually cooked on site, rather than flash-ovened. In other words microwaved). I trust it was a one-off bad day. Hopefully I can repost and better review next time. As there will be a next time, so it shows it's normally good to visit.

im usually happy with this wetherspoons, but not so much today.

where the shot glasses were left sticky, one stuck to my finger and tipped over onto the table when i moved it. i went to the bar and they refused to do anything about it - "if it's from your hands i can't change it", they said. even after explaining it was due to sticky shot glasses. i even have the soaked napkin to prove it happened. which i attached as a photo.

if it was purely my fault then fair enough, i would understand, but they had left the shot glass sticky which is what caused it!! i was told i'd have to buy another one which i did not do. poor business practice really given the circumstance, as when i worked in a coffee shop we changed drinks all the time, because things happen especially with sticky glasses.

it's a real shame as otherwise this is the best wetherspoons i had been to...

Very dirty, tables uncleaned, cutlery was obviously unwashed, no service. Definitely requires a manager who is competent and keeps a watch on the staff. I usually love weatherspoons but this one let's the whole chain down.

I know it’s cheap but here in Sevenoaks it’s none to cheerful. Staff are nice enough. But breakfast is cold. Beans are cold. Toast is cold and soggy. The entire thing was cold so can’t give a good review. And also the pancakes come Wetherspoon that’s dirty. So clearly they have a heat problem. No hot water. No gas. I would have been happy to pay a pound or so more for it to be heated couldn’t find that upgrade on the menu. One week or so on btw and I wasn’t expecting a reply so not disappointed

Went here during a family holiday... My family are a little autistic and food can at times be a nightmare, wetherspoons is great as it's generic, we found this one local to where we were staying and was pleasantly surprised. Great location, clean, smelled better than most and staff were good. Value for money
