Sevenoaks branch dealt admirably with a claim after the Catalytic converter was stolen from my car. I was able to get the car repaired. Charlotte was brilliant; importantly if not available all other members of the team were fully conversant with the case. Excellent customer service is not just about getting results, but making the customer feel valued.
