I have to say I have been utterly exhausted by this firm during probate. Now they can’t even process the distributions to the beneficiaries until next Thursday. Blaming being short staffed! The errors made have made our loss even greater to deal with and move on with mourning. I would highly recommend you don’t use this solicitors firm for anything.

I contacted this practice because they were participating in Will Aid. They didn't respond to my enquiry. I chased up with another email. That was nine days ago. They didn't correspond in any way whatsoever, not even some form of acknowledgement, or when I might expect to hear back from them. It's really unbecoming for a law practice. So the whole Will Aid thing is apparently just a marketing or a virtue-signaling opportunity for this practice.

Where to start… I have been “abandon” by other solicitors in case where I was defending myself. Then friend of mine recommend me Crown Law Solicitors. They give me a realistic options, ask if I don’t want to sort and close this case without hearing in court etc. they have explain what’s the risk and chances to lose ( it wasn’t easy to win - due to previous solicitors made a huge mess in all paperwork ) I decided to fight and they stand with me 🙂 We had only 4 days to prepare documents before hearing. Ian R. is person that sinking to case and fully focus on work, feels like you’re not by yourself which helps with self confidence. They have organised barrister who attend to court for hearing and completely smashed other side, he was hilarious. Claimant and his lawyer couldn’t realise what’s going on. The best experience was to look at their faces 🙂 Strategy they have direct from sending simple emails to other side worked and they’ve used it against them at court. Genius. But I’m not going to tell all details.
