This was the second time instructing Lisa on the sale and purchase of a property for us, and once again she went above and beyond to ensure we completed on time (within a very tight timescale) whilst delivering astute, practical conveyancing advice. She is positive and proactive, incredibly responsive to emails, and keeps the other purchasers in the chain (and their conveyancers) on track. Sarah Jennings dealt with my lease extension (sorry for the delay in writing this review Sarah). Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject even though there was a lot of uncertainty around the potential impacts of leasehold reform proposed by the previous Government. Sarah was very supportive and was always available to advise me and ultimately helped me get a much better deal than I thought would be possible.
Susanna Levingstone and her team then helped me with the sale of my property. Despite some of the complexities of the sale, again they were very professional and always available to support me through the process and help me achieve a positive outcome.

I had a great experience with Daniel and his colleagues when buying a flat. Daniel's attention to detail was exceptional, he spotted several issues which were not spotted when the previous owner was buying the flat and would have probably added a lot of headache down the road. Daniel has also been exceptionally fast at responding which was appreciated.

The only potential area to improve is to make to clearer what the next steps are. As a first time buyer, I was sometimes not clear if I need to do something or if it's expected that some time has gone by without any communication (I assume Daniel was handling everything in the background but as a first time buyer an update would have been appreciated).

Even with this minor point, the experience has been great and will mention Daniel to anyone who asks me for a recommendation when buying a property.
