Dave gave an excellent service, arrived quickly and came back the next day to fix our boiler (really appreciated as we were left with no water or heating!). Woke up to find boiiler broken. Phoned British Gas who said it would take a week to get someone out, so rang Dave @ DLS and he was at the house within 30 minutes! Got our boiler up and running quickly.

Did a good enough job we had him back to replace the entire boiler which he got done in just a morning.

Such a lovely bloke who did a cracking job and at a decent price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone

Excellent service. Punctual, very polite and courteous and did a brilliant job. We asked Dave to install a new cooker in an existing space that we had previously been told was not possible. It was a small job for him but he visited to advise, then again to fit when the cooker arrived. Perfect and we're very pleased with the work. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend. Very quick response to initial contact and follow up communications. Gave advice where necessary, and efficiently installed outside tap, immersion heater and removed existing bathroom tiles with no mess or damage to remaining tiles before replacing them and installing new shower. Left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased.

Do not even bother. Arrived a day late because he wrote the dates down wrong, diagnosed a few issues, some of which he said need sorting as it is a risk to health and safety.

Said he will get back with a quote, nothing, asked for a follow up, said 'I will chase the company for a quote as they have not got back to me'. Nothing, asked whats happening, no reply.

Would be 1 star but no money was exchanged, now looking for another plumber.

Dave took two attempts to come and provide a quote for a job, then was slow to provide a written quote. Finally arranged a date for the work to be carried out only for Dave not to turn up or even give the courtesy of a call or message. Failed to respond to calls or messages too. Unreliable and poor communication!

After promising to carry out a simple inspection, having agreed a price, decided to stop answering the phone or respond to calls.

There is no need for behaviour such as this. If issues arise, surely the easiest thing to do would be to make contact and say sorry I can't do it. To keep people waiting and letting them down is not required and very unprofessional.

Attended as an emergency for a boiler breakdown. Fixed promptly but stayed around for a while to make sure fault code didn't come back on so pleased booked in for some further plumbing work
