I ended my mediation with Lucy in Feb 2021.
I was looking to review in 2022, but could not find anywhere to register a review.
I do not want another family to experience the horrific ordeal I did.
Lucy Thomas mislead me into believing she would be fair to both parties, however, she compromised herself from the start, as she was well acquainted with my ex husband’s financial advisor and his wife.
I was asked the same question at every session, “Why do you think you deserve half”, having to explain why my proposal should stand, while my ex joined in, shooting me down. During the last session they tagged team me into a bullying frenzy, it was insane for someone who I thought to be professional and experienced in her field, how she would allow this to happen, I was in complete shock.
I definitely made the right decision to terminate Lucy’s sessions and let my lawyer handle matters.
Please think twice before using Lucy Thomas, especially if you have children involved.
As for my divorce, going to a lawyer instead was the best course of action and I regret not doing it sooner.
