I contacted Rhodes & Partners on the recommendation of another structural engineer. At first I was a little apprehensive because the most recent review was dated 2 years ago but I would definitely recommend Andy based on the Structural Engineer survey and report I received.
Prior to the survey, Andy kept in contact and responded promptly to all my emails. Then after sending through the report, Andy answered a few follow-up questions I had which I appreciated very much.
