This my 2nd time dealing with an agency and my first experience wasn’t too bad but still left me a bit unsure about agencies and whether I could trust them but I'll give credit where it is due with ECS. First class customer service, and when I had a query or an issue it was dealt with promptly and with what I can only describe as first class professionalism. They never missed a payment and always made you feel important and not just another contractor.

I was instructed by phone to complete some work to design a flyer direct for ECS GROUP under the instruction of CARL BRAGSHAW via his P.A..
I completed the job sent over by invoice, then they refused to pay.
I'm a small company and after two years I am still chasing CARL BRAGSHAW for payment for this small job. He handed it over to there HR company who basically told me that I would not get paid as I had no P.O.
Even though I have emails plus phone conversations (that they said they had recored and would not send me a copy when I asked) instructing me to go ahead with the design.
They then went on to say I'd used threatening wording when I said I would like a meeting with the company management.

Just wanted to post my experience as a supplier and how unprofessional and dishonest they have been with me.
I'll update accordingly!
