Michala helped me through the process of buying my first place and I could not recommend her enough! Even though the purchase was difficult due to the others in the chain, she always kept me updated and well informed on what was going on, she helped speed up the whole process and always helped explain everything to me as being a first time buyer, there was a lot for me to learn! She was always easy to get in touch with too which helped a lot. On top of all this she was also such a lovely person, friendly and easy to get on with.
