We’d been looking for a house in the Hitchin area and contacted Sell New, who had a few new properties we were interested in. We ended up dealing with Tom, who was super helpful and recommended we take a look at the Pilsworth Court development in Offley.

We booked multiple viewings of 2- and 3-bedroom houses, meeting Tom outside the properties each time. He was always punctual, and came across as honest and transparent when we were discussing our purchase options.

Although we didn’t end up purchasing on this occasion, I would highly recommend Sell New, there was never any pressure to buy, which I really appreciated.

Wanted information about a property as on Rightmove details were unclear. Waited ages for call to be answered, ages in another queue, then asked for lots of personal information, then put through to someone else who asked me how I was. I said politely I was a bit irritated as I still hadn't been able to ask my question. This person launched into excuses about why and when I attempted to stop them by saying that didn't matter as I just had a quick question, they hung up. I couldn't move forward as a potential purchaser if I wanted to. I thought potential vendors might like to know about the barriers I'd experienced which could limit the selling process for them.
