Turned up at 9am as per Google. Don't open at 9, come back at 11. Went back at 11, do you live in Salford? No. We can't see you then. When I said well it doesn't say that online (which it doesn't) I was told "well the Internet is wrong"
So I wasted a day going, finding childcare before school and for the school run so i could get there for 9am, and can't get to the other branch for another week now, but there was no sorry or understanding from the old woman giving the advice, in her words "I don't make the rules"

First time using this Citizens Advice Bureau, but I left disappointed after receiving no useful information about my issue. They seem to be great with anything benefits related but anything other than that, no. I felt like I was being told off for even seeking advice. I don’t recommend!

Place for every PERSON who is looking for advice in legal side of life . If you looking for help in immigration law , they do not provide , they will explain where you should go to get help with this question. I think Bolton Advice Buro and Salford Immigration Aid Unit which is based near North Manchester General Hospital provide immigration Advice. Salford Advice Buro Advisers will provide information what you have to do or will helps filling some forms if needed.Only thing which I do not like is waiting time.
