I’ve been receiving emails from Overdale claiming I owe money, but I do not have any debts with them or any company they represent. The emails are aggressive and feel threatening. I believe this is either a mistake or a scam. Be cautious and always double-check before responding to such emails. I’ve reported the issue to the relevant authorities.

Had spam call after spam call, letter after letter claiming I owe money.. the amount ? 20 quid?! From a previous EE bill. Went into EE myself and they even verified I payed everything off, my number isn't even active, no active account... BECAUSE I'VE PAYED it off, they told me to ignore them.Sick of these calls now.

I never received any letter, email, or notification from Overdales about the debt. I even contacted the mobile company and they confirmed I had nothing to pay. Still, Overdales took me to court without informing me, and now I have a CCJ on my credit report for 6 years.

This is completely unfair and unprofessional. I was never given a chance to respond or resolve the issue

Absolutely hilarious. They are chasing me for an alleged non payment to BT from 2015!
The matter was concluded in 2015. Too cowardly to speak to me. Always the same recorded voicemail.

Like most of you, they don't send letter and simply file judgements. I am in dispute with them over one but they already put a CCJ last year and I had no knowledge. They know that small claims should go to mediation before judgement, the reason they don't send you letters is that once they have the CCJ they can enforce it for full amount rather than caring about what you actually can afford. They do not care about all these reviews as they are too busy ruining peoples credit and lives. We all owe money for one reason or another, times can be hard and difficult. These people do not care.

I was never sent a letter or an email regarding the CCJ. I was outside the UK at the time due to my mother's health issues, and no one informed me of the consequences or gave me the chance to respond. The department's lack of communication disrupted my professional life significantly. I only discovered the CCJ when an employer failed to proceed with my application.

Their negligence has had a serious and lasting impact on my career.

Awful firm! Been harassing my family to get my dad to answer the phone and then harassing my mother when she informed them he was terminal and could not. As if that's ethical. When he passed they kept calling, I told them he has died stop calling, they carry on, absolutely vile, disgusting unprofessional and inhuman company.

Beware! This company is a complete scam. I have never had any dealings with them, yet I received a threatening text claiming that an agent would visit me to recover £200 that I supposedly owed. This is nothing but an attempt to intimidate and extort money from people. Clearly, they have obtained phone numbers without consent and are using scare tactics to pressure innocent individuals into paying for something they don’t owe. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!
