We instructed Leigh to complete the conveyancing legalities when we sold our much loved home in Surbiton so when we were looking for someone with the purchase of our new place in West Sussex it was a no-brainer! Simon Leo was excellent!

He and the team simultaneously handled our sale and purchase in what was a long and bumpy chain really well. They were excellent and very responsive at communicating with us in plain English (!), and processed all the paperwork very efficiently.

Whilst they may be more expensive than the "cheap on-line DIY" conveyancing companies, they were worth every penny as they just got the job done quickly, professionally and without adding to our stresses or causing any unnecessary delays.
