I’m not one to bother with reviews but on this occasion it has to be done. Absolutely — here’s a stronger, more direct version of the review while still keeping it professional and clear:

This company has been frustrating to deal with. They selectively respond to emails, ignore important questions, and their tone comes off as careless and unprofessional. There’s no real effort to help or communicate properly. I'm genuinely disappointed that big corporations partners with a company that operates this way.

We have worked with many consumers who have dealt with Anglia UK, and our own recent experience confirms the same disturbing pattern: aggressive repossessions, poor communication, discriminatory conduct, and complete disregard for vulnerable customer circumstances.

In one case we investigated, Anglia UK’s actions directly contributed to severe emotional distress, culminating in a suicide attempt. Vulnerability disclosures were ignored, reasonable adjustments were refused, and discriminatory remarks were made during the process.

We raised serious concerns about the legality, fairness, and equality compliance of their conduct, but our evidence and communications were ignored. Anglia UK publicly promotes high standards and fairness — in practice, the opposite is true.

If you are a customer of Anglia UK and feel you have been mistreated or discriminated against, document everything and seek independent advice immediately.

Waited all day for collection of my car after cancelling a whole day of work as a doctor! No communication and then nobody turned up! Utter disgrace!

Do not trust this company, they will lie and charge you for a missed collection.
They should ring a day before collection and when they are an hour from collection point.
Ask for everything to be confirmed by text or email so you have proof of the agreed time of collection.

Absolutely waste of time!
I got an appointment last week for today’s collection, driver rang me from a UK Mobile number at 10am today telling me that he’d be coming this afternoon in between 12:00-13:00, I said OK, see you then, by 13:20 nobody had arrived yet, sent my first message back to that mobile number, asking if he was close as he mentioned ‘between 12:00-13:00’, no answer back, sent my 2nd message around 15:35 and then rang too, no answer but shortly after I received a reply saying that he thought I said I wouldn’t be available?!?!
How’s that possible?So if I said I wouldn’t be available why would I send messages to ask if he was close after I had been waiting to collect in between 12:00-13:00 as he said he would come?
What a waste of time and money, took my day off to wait for something which turned to be a total waste of time.

Awful service and communication, was arranged to collect my vehicle and I was assured that my vehicle would of been the 2nd collection of the day after numerous phone calls and told the driver would call me, I finally got the call of the driver late afternoon who reassured me he would be coming at 17:30-17:45 he did not show therefore I called him at 19:00 for him to tell me he broke down and will not be coming, I questioned as to why he did not inform me and why couldn’t they arrange an additional truck as this service was meant to be operational 24/7. Waste of time would highly stay away from Anglia
