Awful haircut! Would not recommend! Went in for small hair cut, asked exactly what I wanted and showed a picture of how I’ve had it cut before… smallest amount off the back, fringe just above the eyebrow and straight across then a tiny bit off the side to stop it being a straight edge to frame the face a tad. She took far too much off the sides which I didn’t ask for and didn’t think the fringe was straight at all. Left the building without the hairdresser even showing me the back of the hair. Got home to my roommate telling me my hair wasn’t straight at all! The back of the hair wasn’t straight at all, fringe wasn’t above the eyebrow or straight and the sides were clunky and a lot more than I wanted, I now have chunks missing from the front part of my hair which I didn’t ask for. I had this rectified by another hairdresser that evening who was shocked with how this woman cut my hair. Called up the next day to complain, I got passed to the boss’s daughter who was pretty much laughing at me down the phone, slated me for getting it rectified on my accord even though I explained I was too ashamed to show my face how it was, then told me ‘it’s okay because I don’t have to go back there again’ sent the pictures over to them and they didn’t even recognise how bad of a hair cut it was. Completely shocked with the service and the bad attitude.

I have gone to images several times before but this was my first hair dye and style by Bella - my hair now feels healthier. It is a pretty, deep red in colour (dyed from a grown out balayage) and the full fringe works better than I thought! Shes a really lovely person as well, recommend ☺️ [few weeks before and after photos].

I can't recommend this hair salon enough! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. A special shoutout to Ellie, who always works magic with my hair—she’s a true professional and always knows exactly what I need. The salon itself is modern and stylish, making each visit feel like a treat. I would never go anywhere else!

Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff - i have been a regular costumer since September 2023 now and I have my hair colored and cut every 3 months, Ellie always understands what color and style i want and she never fails to deliver exactly what i am after!
Also, I just took my 3year old toddler to have her hair cut there and it was an amazing experience (stress free and the young one actually enjoyed it!).

Me and my daughter had our hairs cut here yesterday. I also has a style cut by a wonderful lady called Sophie who has made me so happy with my dramatic change. I will be happy to go there again and have this friendly,welcoming team cut my hair again.

3/4/24 Again today my daughter and me went and had our hairs done today by Megan she did a brilliant job of my daughters roots and re put my style in my hair. This is a wonderful friendly salon. Recommend this place.

I have been going to images for years now, Tara for my hair and Katy for my beauty treatments. Everyone is amazing and Tara always makes my hair so beautiful. I am forever changing my hair (growing it long, cutting it all off, changing hair colours from Green to Blonde to half and half colours) and nothing is too much trouble! Tara ensures that when I change my hair up that it's always done in a way that my hair remains so strong still!.

Katy does an incredible job of looking after my lashes and brows (I am always complimented on my lashes), I will always go to Katy for my massages and facials too and I am always made to feel so comfortable and looked after!

All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, I would never go anywhere else.
