In March 2025 I commissioned Oliver Hudson to conduct a RICS Home Survey Level 2 at a house I had bought in Beverley. At every step the service was professional, speedy and friendly. Oliver himself has been very accessible too.
The report was extremely detailed and logically laid out. It has proven to be a useful guide to some aspects of the renovation that followed the acquisition of the property. To me the service is worth every penny. It provides the information and independent view one needs to enter a transaction with confidence.
