Rented with Haller Evans for over a year, to my great enjoyment. Mainly had dealings with Megan but everyone on the team, that I spoke with, from receptionist to the company manager was fantastic.

I have rented with a few Estate Agents but this has been one of the most straightforward and easy to work with companies. Thank you all.

We have just started renting (moved in yesterday) with Haller Evans and they have been great throughout the entire process. We got a viewing quickly, liked the property and the application form was easy to fill out. We were emailing with Megan who was always quick and professional responding to our emails and any queries we had. The whole process from asking to view the property to moving in took around 2 weeks.

Having had some very poor experiences with other estate agents in our home search, we was relieved to have eventually found Haller Evans.
The company's procedures and excellent communication from Haller Evans and their representative Megan ensured that our house search had become less stressful, and successful in finding the house we where looking for.

Unhelpful company and reluctant to resolve disputes. I kindly paid out for a roof repair in January 2024 for my property and the Haller Evan's property to sort a leak. 11 months later and still no offer to pay half the work. Last update months ago and clearly have ignored me. Really unfair to put the cost all on me.

I have rented from Haller Evans twice now and I would recommend them to anyone. Their business is run with a high standard of professionalism but at the same time the staff are extremely friendly and you always feel that they have genuine concern for you as a tenant. They are forthcoming with any issues or repairs and they take the stress out of renting. You know that whatever happens, they will take care of you. I feel very secure as a Haller Evans tenant. Fantastic friendly staff. Rented from them for 2 and a half years and everything has been hassle free. They were flexible when arranging the tenancy during covid, have always been quick to resolve any issues in the flat and have been very helpful at the end of the tenancy and returning my full deposit.

Had a very overfilled house to clear two weeks ago. To us, it looked a nightmare with cupboards and wardrobes filled to the doors with possessions and furniture almost out the doors. Richard and his team did an absolute miracle in clearing the place including the outhouses. They truly deserve all five stars.
