I contacted A K Harriott Immigration Lawyers to help with my naturalisation application.

I submitted the application and over 2 years later the Home Office did not process the application. I even went to my MP and that did not help. They Home Office still did not process the application.

With 48 hours of contacting A K Harriott, my lawyer sent a Pre-Action Protocol to the Home Office to challenge the excessive delay. Within 2 weeks the Home Office responded to the Pre-Actiom Protocol letter and confirmed that they will now allocate the case to a caseworker. Just 4 weeks later, I received a decision that citizenship was granted.

I am grateful to A K Harriott Immigration Lawyers for their help as I would still be waiting for an outcome.
