We used Justin Sidnick's services as part of a property chain transaction and the quality of his work was nothing short of exceptional! We faced a lot of challenges from both ends of the chain that repeatedly threatened to derail the process and we believe that Justin, thanks to his hard work and professionalism, deserves a lot of the credit for the fact it ultimately all worked out.

The things that specifically stood out for us were the fact that Justin continuously kept us informed so we had full visibility at all times, he was very thorough which gave us the confidence that it was safe for us to proceed with the purchase, but he also showed a lot of flexibility when we wanted to make certain decisions on our part and move quickly.

All in all we would be more than happy to recommend him.

Do not touch this firm. It is totally as others on here have said. Our buyers’ solicitor Justin Sidnick sent 87 enquiries for a simple leasehold claiming it was defective in all sorts of ways and had us jumping through ridiculous hoops over a 3 month period. The chain then collapsed because of him and his obstructiveness. Ironically, the buyers had already had two aborted purchases with him beforehand for the same reasons. This guy ruins lives.

We engaged with Justin, claimed to have done 9hs of work over a 3 month period, and ignored our decisions when communicating with the other solicitors. Our purchase collapsed because of him and when called to discuss fees he tried to change the agreement and charge by hour at ridiculous fees. We ended up paying him £1000 for his awful job just to move away.

Justin Sidnik was beyond awful. The whole chain nearly collapsed because of him. He raised 190 enquiries which the other solicitors in the chain said is unheard of.
He then re-raised 86 of the same enquiries and finally re-re-raised a further 42.

A number of these were nothing specific about the house and was requesting general information which can be found on the Internet.

Does he charge by the hour by any chance?

Horrible experience.

Spoken to Mr David Fleming from WILLIAM HEATH & CO regarding a letter they sent me and I contacted them to make the payment what they asked and letter. They asked me to ask sortcode account number in the email which I did. But in the invoice they added £480 extra for no reason and asked me if I will not pay that they will be taking me to court. They have unfair means of making money.
