Fabulous service from Steve, Mike, Jase, Callum , Nathan and Dan. Can’t thank them enough. They did a fantastic job on our hall, stairs and landing. The LVT is beautiful in the Hallway and the carpet , runner and stair rods are stunning. They were amazing and were kind and attentive towards the dog when he managed to sneak and see them. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again and highly recommend . Fantastic job well done

I would highly recommend GCW. As part of the renovations at our bungalow, GCW have provided and fitted a range of flooring throughout every room (carpets and vinyl flooring). Our whole experience - from visiting the store, to dealing with the office staff, and welcoming the fitters to our home, has all been an excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable, the fitters are excellent at their trade and they have a large selection of flooring to suit every room and every budget. Yesterday saw the final fitting of vinyl in our new kitchen, and again the fitters - Mike, Nathan, Owen and Cole, were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Once again, thank you all so much.

We approached GCW as they had been recommended by a member of our family. We had an issue with the tiles in our new kitchen so we asked for someone to come and have a look and measure up before choosing a carpet. The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful and once the issue had been resolved and we'd chosen a carpet it was fitted by Owen and Cole. They were very professional polite and respectful and did an excellent job.

Mike and Dan have been busy fitting stairs and landing and a further corridor carpet in a check, so not the easiest or quickest but nothing was too much trouble. Tidied up nicely and very happy with the finished look. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to GCW for their fantastic service. We had our sofa and two chairs delivered today and could not be more pleased, especially with the delivery team. Matt and Tom were a credit to the company. They were polite, friendly, courteous and extremely respectful whilst in our home and nothing was to much whilst setting up our recliners. Keep up the good work lads.

My whole experience with GCW was outstanding. All the staff were outgoing, friendly, and caring. From Lindsey in the shop who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with what I was purchasing, to Owen and Cole who recently fitted my lounge, stairs and landing carpets. They were truly amazing, polite, respectful. They tidied up after themselves and fully focused on customer care. The lads who delivered my suite ensured that it was put together and that I was happy before they left. I will definitely recommend GCW to family and friends

The carpet fitting team (Mike, Owen and Liam) could not have been better. A really good job of fitting the carpet, they vacuumed up everywhere and went far beyond what we would have expected. They even moved our heavy furniture back into the room for us. They were amazing.... Will definitely use gcw again (and really hope we get the same team of fitters. They're amazing!)
