If i could give more stars I would . Valued estates were professional from start to finish. I was kept up to date weekly with emails even when there was nothing to update as probate can take a while. Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with and made a very stressful time easier to deal with .

Valued Estates have been extremely professional dealing with our family matters. Had two different visits to the family home. Everything has run perfectly, in particular the way Valued Estates have done such a great job of keeping my mum abreast of everything that has been done, for the first three or four months we had a weekly update. Whenever my mum contacted them with queries, Shannon would come back with information almost immediately. Highly recommended.

Valued Estates was personally recommended and I was extremely pleased with the service provided. For most, this is a very difficult subject, considering aspects which are generally far from routine. From the initial visit from the CEO, I always felt comfortable that I was contracting the right company to handle my late mother’s estate on behalf of myself and my five siblings. A weekly update was provided and I had a very professional but lovely relationship with my administrator, which eased the difficult process. I was quoted a very reasonable upfront price based on the assessed value of my mother’s estate, which was what we paid almost to the penny. Valued Estates provide an extremely good service and I would personally recommend this company.

I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by Valued Estates. Picking up their booklet from the Funeral Directors' office, when I was organising my father's funeral, was the best thing I ever did. I knew nothing about the process of 'probate' or what it involved, so I decided to contact Valued Estates to seek their advice.
An appointment was made immediately and Managing Director, Alec, met us at our home. An extremely personable, competent and professional gentleman, Alec talked us through the whole procedure - explaining all our options, indicating possible time periods and quoting costs. Feeling totally reassured and impressed, I signed up immediately.
Within days, I was contacted by our own personal Probate Administrator, Jenny Sedgwick, who dealt with my father's estate from beginning to end. She phoned regularly to update me on progress and was always there for me when I rang to ask for advice. Not only did Jenny deal with everything with total professionalism, she also demonstrated respect, sensitivity and a much-needed sense of humour! We built up a lovely working relationship.
The administration of my father's estate was completed almost a year to the day from my initial phone call to Valued Estates, and I can only reiterate my highest praise for the team, along with a very special thank you to Jenny for making the entire process completely stress-free.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Valued Estates to family, friends and any other prospective clients.

Excellent and professional service. We'd never heard of Probate Administrators, and thought a solicitor was the only option. Thank goodness we didn't go down the Solicitor route. We were kept informed at every step . Cheaper option than using a solicitor and a huge benefit of that is also, when you have a question/ query/ concern, there's no waiting around for days and days for a response. Would highly recommend Valued Estates and will definitely use them again.

We used Valued Estates to look after Mum's will at a very difficult time. Alec and his team were warm, responsive and highly professional. They explained every part of the process and went above and beyond to look after the 'paperwork' giving us time to concentrate on other family matters. Probate can mean leaving sensitive and confidential information in the hands of people you don't know very well and we couldn't have found Valued Estates more open, ready to help and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

From initial consultation to ultimate completion, I found Valued Estates to be exemplary. At any point if I had queries or needed things to be re-explained, it was dealt with swiftly and an abundance of compassion. Delays caused by 3rd parties were flagged and explained to me.
