Aggressive, argumentative, rude and incredibly un helpful. 0 out of 5 stars, would not recommend.
I would relish the opportunity to discuss how intensely unprofessional and un necessarily aggressive the lady I spoke to was. She should not be on the phone to the public.

My daughter dealt with Theresa in Harc and she came to the Hospice to sort out Colette's affairs for her. We found Theresa very helpful and empathetic, very easy to deal with. We are forever grateful for her excellent advice and help. Thanks Theresa and Harc.

Load of rubbish said cant help you with pip they do not answer phone i have no one to help me yet the advertise they help people they dont i went in to reception and they said cant help me this was in Hastings sussex place should be closed down
