Louis Hawkins provided a comprehensive survey for our grade II listed C18 property, identifying a number of critical issues with the timber frame, and then helped to arrange for the necessary work to be carried out and supervised its completion, which was done to a high standard.

Excellent service. We had a Level 3 survey done prior to house purchase which identified various issues. The report included the work needed to address the issues and the costs for this work. Louis and Megan were both very helpful. After receiving the report we discussed some items with Louis and he gave us valuable advice. There was an initial delay in us receiving our survey from Hawkins and Hawkins which I would have appreciated better communication on. Having said that, the report itself was clear, easy to understand and thorough, and the aftercare we received was fantastic. Exceptional service. Hawkins and Hawkins carried out a detailed survey of a house i was hoping to buy and uncovered a serious issue with the property. The issue would have costed me a considerable amount of money in the future if i had purchased it. Since then, they have carried out another survey on another property which i have now successfully purchased.
