When I began working for Austen Lloyd ten years ago as the first employee in a small home office in a small village, I never could have imagined growing to where we are today, either in size or success. We are now based in a splendid, modern office in central Bristol, with many more staff and a cohesive team.

We also could not have predicted what this year would bring, a huge challenge to the whole of the world, not least small businesses. It has been interesting to see how people have reacted to the extremely difficult obstacles that this has thrown at our industry. Throughout the whole of the pandemic, Austen Lloyd have been flexible, supportive and very understanding.
