I called Associated Taxi from Cyprus to arrange a pick up at 1am the following morning.
The operator was brilliant and he gave me all the information and I then received confirmation by text/email.
When I collected my luggage at Stansted I phoned to say I was ready and within 10 minutes my taxi arrived and I was on my journey home.
The app told me where my driver was and I was able to track him.
Absolutely amazing service and the updates and their app are very helpful.
The driver was very nice and got me safely home.
That’s why I use Associated Taxis.
First class service every time.

Genuinely 5 star service. Booked a cab for my mother at the airport. She was 3 hours delayed, arrived in the early hours of the morning and her phone battery was dead.
They made every effort to find her and were incredibly patient.

Tony was very pleasant. He even rescued us with some coins to get trolley when we got to the airport. I’ll recommend riding with him anytime. Clean van too and very helpful. He assisted with all our suitcases.

Review Title: Unprofessional and Rude Driver

Review:

I had a very unpleasant experience with the cab driver on [28/06/2025/17:08 pm]. The driver was rude.

Specifically:
• He was [e.g., speaking rudely, refusing to follow the GPS, using inappropriate language.
• He drove recklessly or made me and my family feel
Unsafe and disrespectful.
Took a longer route intentionally, demanded extra payment

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and makes passengers feel unsafe and disrespected. I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I hope the platform takes this complaint seriously.

Iv only just started using this taxi firm..I really do recommend. It’s a professional run business so well organised - arrived bang on time, clean cars, polite & very helpful drivers. The people who take the phones call are also really helpful as well.

Magdalena came to collect me for an appointment. As soon as I shut the front door, I realised that I had left my bag behind with my door key in it.
Fortunately, I have a Keysafe- but I could not open it (arthritis in hands). Magdalena came to my door and managed to open it. Very kind of her. She took over folding my Rollator walking aid to stow into the taxi boot. She drove carefully into the town whilst I calmed down and helped me out of her car at my destination. I wish she could collect me each time that I called Associated Taxis! Thanks to everyone.
