Please look for another company . You can't trust them . After three weeks of waiting for advice that cost 160 pounds. They only contradicted their own advice .
Paid for three other law firms' advice and compared to what this company had to say . I'm upset their still allowed to be still be doing business . They will push to take a deposit off you . Yet make it as long and try to return as little as possible.
They wanted 4k for the service they provide. Have been told by two other companies it would cost 1k to 1.5k. Please keep your hard earned money out of their pockets .
The only service their provide is waiting your time .

Completely unprofessional, unresponsive and a waste of money. I was mislead by the numerous reviews on trustpilot, but after over 9 months of incredibly bad performance from IAS side, I have dug deeper. In fact, there are multiple 1-star reviews on other services (i.e Like google reviews). The bad reviews can be found only if looking at the individual office location in UK (just open google maps and zoom out at UK level, then search the company - multiple pins will appear).

MY STORY: After the initial consultation, paid in full upfront, I had my doubts. The consultation lasted only 12 minutes, and the "expert" just told me that my case was simple and they had multiple examples of how to proceed successfully. Then I paid for the next steps (over 1000£, still upfront). My advisor requested numerous personal information, and in return they did not return any of my calls or replied to any of my question. After 6 months, and 2 months of silence from their end, with no reply or call, I had to call the customer service to find out that my advisor was on "leave" for over 2 months a no one contacted me. After that I have been reassigned to another advisor, who was able to have a call with me only after 4 weeks. During the call it was obvious that they did not look in my case at all, as they requested information already provided and the full description of my case. At the end they suggested to do a series of actions. I have checked the gov website, and some of the actions suggested were unnecessary and not applicable to my case. I requested some clarification which I never got an answer for. I then requested a refund, but after weeks of sending emails and making calls I still haven't got it. I will probably need to escalate soon. I'm incredibly disappointed and I cannot believe how a profit can be made by ruining someone life either with intent or simply unprofessional behavior.

I was misled by the positive comments on Trustpilot into purchasing an hour consultation. The information provided by the so-called lawyer was incorrect. He claimed I could apply for a first British child passport born overseas using the priority service in the UK, which is simply inaccurate. I later learned that I have to apply outside the UK, and the priority service is not available for this process. They promised to respond to any follow-up emails within 48 hours after the consultation session. I sent them my questions, but they have yet to get back to me after more than two days. The entire company is a scam. I will take legal action against the company as they failed to provide the service they promised, and their information was misleading. They charged me 150GBP for providing low quality work. I am sure all these positive comments are fake and are just there to deceive poor customers.

If I could rate zero, I would. My experience with this firm, particularly with case worker Reina, was incredibly poor. Not only was the process painfully slow and inefficient, costing me months of wasted time, but the service provided was almost non-existent despite a substantial fee. Reina's handling of my case was marked by a severe lack of attention and commitment. I frequently waited weeks for responses, which, when received, were often patronizing and dismissive.

Compounding their inefficiency, they twice sent my personal details to an incorrect email address, despite having the right one on file and being previously warned about this error.

In the end, I filed a complaint, which dragged on for months. During this period, I received incorrect information and sensed a lack of honesty. Struggling to get my money back, I was finally offered a settlement that was far too low. Out of sheer exhaustion, I accepted it just to close this chapter.

Great experience with IAS!
I would highly recommend Jason Griffiths for anyone who's looking for service and support on immigration matters. Jason was friendly, professional, and prepared to answer all questions I had. Jason also helped me map out tangible next steps. Plus a written report of the advice was sent to me within two hours. Very delighted with the service!

So Daniel Burnett was the first person to contact me after I put in a form stating my issues. He was kind, understanding and good at listening. He heard me and understood my issues, to which he then got me a booking with Simon Magava. Simon was excellent, he really gave me the advice I needed and he followed up with an email with everything that we spoke about as well as links to make things easier for me. I will be getting back in touch with them in the future. I definitely do recommend both Simon and Daniel and commend them for their professional and fruitful service.

This is the Worst visa service we experienced, initially promised us that all the processing from their side will be done in 2 weeks but it took 3 months and we had to follow up and push them about the case every now and then. Had to escalate on the case worker multiple times as there was no response even after multiple follow ups. No guidance was provided regarding the documentation or write-ups. Please do not waste your money by going to them for any visa help, not at all recommended.
Even a simple thing like a requirement to provide DocuSign logs alongwith the signed document was not verified before uploading the documents onto the portal. Did not allow me to submit without a star, so giving one star
